Yes. You can book our customs agency separately. Storage, shipping and transport are an optional add-on – if you need them.

Why do I need a customs power of attorney?
The customs power of attorney allows us to file the customs declaration on your behalf. You grant it once, digitally, in the customer dashboard.
Who provides the commercial or pro forma invoice?
For customs agency services, you provide the invoice – a commercial invoice if there’s an underlying sale, otherwise a pro forma invoice. We review it and handle the customs declaration. If you also use our fulfillment, our system creates the customs documents automatically from your product master data.
