What is Amazon FBM?
Fulfillment by Merchant: you sell on Amazon but don’t ship from Amazon’s fulfillment centers – you ship from your own warehouse or that of a fulfillment partner like fultastic. Amazon gets the tracking number; you keep control over inventory, packaging and costs.
Can I deliver to Swiss Amazon customers with FBM?
Yes – and that is the big advantage. Swiss customers order on amazon.de; from our warehouse in Bettwiesen we deliver to them via Swiss Post, with no customs and no import tax at the door. That is not possible with FBA from the EU.
What does Amazon require from FBM sellers?
Among other things, Amazon measures your late shipment rate, valid tracking rate and pre-fulfillment cancellations. Same-day shipping and automatic tracking confirmation make sure you meet these requirements reliably.
Can I use FBM and FBA in parallel?
Yes. Many sellers run their bestsellers through FBA and serve long-tail items, bundles or Switzerland via FBM. We store both and prepare the FBA inbound shipments.
How is Amazon integrated?
